Donald A. Klassen - Partner

Mr. Klassen is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has extensive experience as a Chief Financial Officer, (CFO) with several businesses and as a CPA with a national accounting firm.

Mr. Klassen has been the founder and owner of several businesses, including 16 years as a Business Broker of small to mid-sized businesses. During this time he was also the co-owner of a Regional Territory of LedgerPlus (now CFOToday) national Accounting and Tax Franchise for small businesses. Mr. Klassen is very familiar with the operation of many different types of small businesses.

Mr. Klassen has been a financial advisor and consultant to many small businesses, including start-up companies over the past 35 years in the area of accounting, tax, finance, payroll and business strategies for small businesses.

Joel L. Karpinski - Partner

Mr. Karpinski has extensive experience as a small business owner and has a very strong background with the accounting, payroll and operating needs of small businesses.

Mr. Karpinski has been an Investment Representative with Edward Jones Investments, Scottsdale, AZ and a Business Insurance/Retirement Specialist with Sentry Insurance, Stevens Point, WI. He has extensive experience as a Financial Planner for Businesses and Individuals.

Mr. Karpinski, an Independent Registered Representative, currently holds securities and insurance licenses in numerous states: Series 7, 63, Accident and Health, Life and Variable Annuities. He currently is in the process of obtaining his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.

Michelle Myers - Manager

Ms. Myers is a recent graduate of the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. She graduated with honors Magna Cum Laude.

Ms. Myers is currently in the process of obtaining her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation and plans to eventually earn her Master of Taxation.

Ms. Myers has been with CFOToday for 2 years and is very knowledgeable in the subjects of accounting, payroll and small business.
